Crunchy, Tasty, Healthy Kale Chips

Get your hand out of the potato chip bag and make these delicious kale chips. (They are better home-made than any I’ve tried in a store). I’m not going to lie and say they are better but they are a very healthy snack that I enjoy. It’s very simple to make!

Ingredients

  • Fresh kale
  • Sesame seeds
  • Kosher Salt
  • Olive oil in mister

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Wash and dry the kale. Make sure there is no water left on the leaves or it will get soggy instead of crispy.
  • Break into bite sized pieces. Spray with olive oil mister.

    1. Sprinkle kosher salt and sesame seeds.
    2. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until you see them crisp up. Watch them, they crisp up faster in some ovens.
    3. Enjoy a very healthy snack!

    Additional notes

You can also add garlic or onion powder for an extra flavor blast.
