Looking for fun new cocktails for the summer? Step 1 is to get your hands on these ice molds which form into large balls. You can fill them with countless different juices, herbs and citrus, but my favorite is grapefruit. (You can find them on amazon or William Sonoma.)
Simply carve out half a grapefruit including the fruit wedges and the juice into one ice mold.
Place in the freezer for 4 hours.
Place in a glass and serve with kettle one vodka and an optional splash of club.
Low calorie, delicious, refreshing. Try it! Enjoy your cocktails without worrying your ice cubes will water it down. The more it melts, the better your drink will get!
